Biography:

Rita Marley, the widow of Bob Marley, is known as Nana and Queen Mother by her legion of admirers. A former Wailers backup singer, she is still a musician and also a tireless worker for countless charity organizations in Jamaica and Africa.

Facts:

• Born in Cuba
• Vocalist for The Soulettes, appeared with the Four Tops, Johnny Nash and other stars
• Wounded along with Bob in an ambush at the 56 Hope Road Studio (now Bob Marley Museum)
• Her sizzling hit "One Draw" made music history as the first reggae single to top the Billboard Disco Charts

Sharon

Daughter and Musician

Biography:

Sharon Marley balances her prowess on stage with the Caribbean business of Ghetto Youth United, the Melody Makers support group and as curator of the Bob Marley Museum. With a major refurbishing of the stellar Jamaican attraction just finished, Sharon is working on opening one of the first day care training centers in Jamaica. The eldest of the four, she is an "on-the-road ER" as she makes sure everyone is eating right and getting enough rest.

Facts:

• Sharon was born before Marley started dating Rita
• Sharon does background vocals and harmony for most of her brothers (Damian, Ziggy, Stephen, etc.)
• She works with many organizations to help children, and mainly spends her time raising funds for charity
• She is currently working on opening one of the day care training centers in Jamaica

Cedella

Daughter, Musician and Designer

Biography:

Cedella Marley, a daughter and the first child of Bob Marley, toured the world with her brother Ziggy as part of the Melody Makers and still makes music. She's also the CEO of Tuff Gong International and a full-time mother of three.

Fact:

• In the late '80s and early '90s Cedella Marley appeared in a few movies, including "The Mighty Quinn" (1989) starring Denzel Washington, and was the female lead in "Joey Breaker" (1993) opposite Richard Edson

Ziggy

Biography:

In the wake of his 2006 album "Love Is My Religion", which earned his fourth Grammy Award, Ziggy shares his musical love with families — his own and the extended human family. Marley's third solo release, "Family Time", is produced with old friend Don Was and was released last May on Marley's independent Tuff Gong Worldwide label.

• He has also performed duets with Angelique Kidjo, Sting, Dora The Explorer, Taj Mahal, The Chieftains, Sean Paul and others
• Ziggy Marley is married to Orly Marley, who is a former vice-president of William Morris Agency

Biography:

Stephen Marley, the second son of Bob Marley, is a five-time Grammy-winning producer, singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. His career started at age 7 in brother Ziggy's band, the Melody Makers. He continues to perform and pile up recognition in the reggae world.

Facts:

• Stephen was in the group Ziggy Marley & The Melody Makers with Ziggy, Cedella and Sharon
• Stephen "Ragga" Marley has been reviewed by music critics as having his father's personality.
• Although all the siblings have amazing musical skill, he is usually the one singing his father's music

Biography:

In 2003, Robbie Marley became the first person in his family to open a retail store, Vintage Marley.

Fact:

• Born in the Trenchtown section of Kingston, Jamaica, Robbie lived most of his life in Miami. He attended University College of the West Indies, where he studied computer graphics.

Biography:

Bob Marley's son Rohan played football at the University of Miami and professionally in Canada before concentrating on family and business endeavors such as Tuff Gong Clothing and Marley Coffee, which he runs.

• He is the co-founder of the Tuff Gong Clothing line and founder of Marley Coffee.

Karen, the second daughter of Bob Marley, was born in England in 1973 but grew up in Jamaica. Karen has always had a passion for fashion and interior design, influenced by her great grandmother, father and growing up in Jamaica.

Biography:

Stephanie Marley was educated in Jamaica, London and Canada. She has immersed herself in the family business in various projects and currently resides in Nassau, Bahamas where she is overseeing the construction and development of the family's first resort project, Marley Resort and Spa.

Facts:

• Stephanie studied psychology at the University of Western Ontario, Canada at the age of 21. She attained her Bachelor of Arts Degree as an honor roll Student
• She is also the mother of four energetic boys

Ky-Mani Marley, the only child of table tennis champion Anita Belnavis and Bob Marley, has lived in Miami since the age of 9 and has been a genre-blending, award-winning reggae and hip-hop performer and actor for over 10 years.
